The best place to admire the views of the Bay is by walking along the spectacular Promenade des Anglais which stretches out for 6km along the seafront. Take time to see the Hotel Negresco, which dates back to the 1900s, built in the Belle Epoque style and now a historic monument. Visit the neoclassical arcaded buildings in Place Massena before exploring one of the town's fine museums. It is a delightful place and was the inspiration for many great artists.
